Price list and conditions

The prices are per person and day with a minimum of stay of 4 nights (local tax not included).

For less than 4 days we add a supplement. 

• Arrival day: the apartments are at your disposal after 3 p.m. on your arrival day
• Departure day: we ask you to leave the apartements within 9 a.m.
• The reservation is considered definitively confirmed only after getting the payment of the required deposit
• We DON'T accept any animals in our house.
• Payment: cash, bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation

• In case of late arrival or early departure they will also be counted
• Up to 30 days before arrival the deposit will be retained
• Up to 15 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount due
• From 15 to 5 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total amount due
• From 5 to 0 days before arrival we charge 100% of the total amount due
