General conditions

The prices are per person and day with a minimum of stay of 4 nights (local tax not included).

For less than 4 days we add a supplement.

Arrival day: the apartments are at your disposal after 3 p.m. on your arrival day
Departure day: we ask you to leave the apartements within 9 a.m.
Reservations are considered confirm only after receipt the deposit.
In case of late Arrival or early Departure they will also be counted.
We DON'T accept any animals in our house.
Payment: cash, bank transfer or credit card.
